Perspective
Perspective, for me, is the ability to see the 'big picture' while mastering the smallest detail. In my journey from an Industrial Designer to a Technical Leader, I’ve embraced the challenge of managing the entire lifecycle of a product. I don't just design parts; I manage innovation, lead technical roadmaps, and synchronise global production requirements to deliver excellence at every stage of the story.
Professional Focus:
I design with intent—balancing engineering logic with a creative soul. Today, as a Sub-System Technical Leader, I’ve expanded that vision into leadership.
To me, management is the art of building bridges between global teams and turning complex technical challenges into seamless, strategic solutions.
My focus is on orchestrating innovation: merging precision with empathy to create products that don't just meet standards, but quietly redefine them.
Diverse Skill Set:

Engineering gives me structure; digital art gives me soul. As an SSTL, I combine 3D precision with creative storytelling to solve problems from multiple angles. Passion for the Industry:

I’m driven by real-world impact, especially in the fast-paced world of mobility. Working with global brands like Mercedes, BMW, and Stellantis has taught me how to balance visionary ideas with the grit of mass production. Managing the technical release of projects like the Stellantis K0 has sharpened my ability to deliver innovation that actually works on the road.
Sustainability Mindset:

Good design must respect the planet as much as it does the user. Ever since my time with the Carbon Footprint Programme in Spain, I’ve believed that sustainability isn’t an "extra"—it’s a requirement. This mindset shapes every decision I make, from material choice to the lifecycle of a product.
Collaboration & Leadership:

Great engineering is a team sport. Whether I’m leading a sub-system team or coordinating between plants in France and Italy, I prioritise clarity and empathy. My goal is to bridge the gap between different departments and cultures to ensure we aren’t just solving problems, but building a better future together.
